About LAUNCHPad/ROCKET

This two-day program is for kindergarten and Prep children, aged four to six, and is led by an experienced speech pathologist. Through structured activities in a safe and supportive environment, the program teaches children skills to navigate the social and emotional challenges that may occur when starting school. 

Together, participants will also build and work on: 

  • Confidence
  • Communication skills
  • Identifying feelings and express emotions
  • Conflict resolution
  • Managing feelings and emotions in difficult situations

Pricing information

The price for the LAUNCHPad/ROCKET Group Social Skills program is determined by the number of participants taking part. Once final numbers are confirmed, Hear and Say can determine the final cost per participant. The maximum amount per participant is $737.16. This can be claimed under your NDIS Capacity Building supports.

The price includes the two-day program, program resources and individualised reports. If you wish to exit the program, please provide two weeks’ notice, otherwise full charges will apply. You will be invoiced at the start of the program. If you are not eligible for NDIS or do not have enough allocated funding and wish to participate in LAUNCHPad/ROCKET you may be able to apply for subsidised funding, a link to the application form will be sent upon registration.
