This social and life skills group is for young adults aged 16 to 19 and helps build self-confidence, resilience and independence. Participants will complete and share mini projects, such as presenting a self-reflection, which will aim to enhance communication and self-advocacy skills.
Three months after the initial group participants will reunite – a great opportunity to build on the skills learned in the initial group, and strengthen friendships, all while completing a fun group activity.
Follow-up group: Thursday, 6 July 10.00am – 2.00pm
