Myriam specialises in tinnitus, hyperacusis, acoustic shock, tonic tensor tympani (TTTS) and misophonia understanding, evaluation and therapy.  She is committed to the development of innovative approaches to therapy, carries out clinically based hyperacusis and acoustic shock research with a number of peer-reviewed publications, provides medico-legal opinions and regularly gives presentations/lectures on tinnitus, hyperacusis, acoustic shock and misophonia.  She is closely involved with the Tinnitus Association of Victoria and Tinnitus Australia.
