Upskilling professionals and families to better support children with hearing loss

Hear and Say provides training and education to upskill health and education professionals who work with children with hearing loss. This includes audiologists, speech pathologists, teachers of the deaf and educators from kindergarten through to primary and secondary school.

Through our bespoke online and face-to-face training, we provide continuing professional education utilising evidence-based research and clinical expertise. Regular webinars, events and conferences, led by national and international experts, give professionals access to the most up-to-date information about the specialist area of Listening and Spoken Language Practice for children who have hearing loss.

Wherever possible, we work to ensure our events are accredited by Audiology Australia and the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language.

“The courses were fantastic. They gave me the knowledge I needed to support children with hearing loss on my caseload. They were thorough and the tasks at the end of each lecture were a great way to consolidate and put into practice the information I learned.”
