About the group

This popular four-day life and social skills group for teenagers in Grades Seven to 10 encourages participants to build their self-confidence, social interaction, resilience, and independence. 

The skill-building is done through fun, challenge-based activities focusing on communication and problem-solving as well as understanding their hearing loss and technology. The group is led by our experienced staff and features structured team building activities to practice the skills learned throughout the program.

Pricing information

The price for this workshop is determine by the number of participants taking part. Once final numbers are confirmed, Hear and Say can determine the final cost per participant. The maximum amount per participant is $2,500. This can be claimed under your NDIS Capacity Building supports.

The price includes the three-day program, the follow-up day, program resources and individualised reports. If you wish to exit the program, please provide two weeks’ notice, otherwise full charges will apply. You will receive two invoices, one at the start of the three-day program and one at the time of the reunion. If you are not eligible for NDIS or do not have enough allocated funding and wish to participate you will be able to apply for subsidised funding, a link to the application form will be sent upon registration.
